At the professional level, “competitive, physical sports” already have hormone-based gender inclusion policies. “But what about sports” is a manufactured crisis, so either Newsom was tricked by Kirk or he agrees with Kirk. Bad look either way.

This is spot on and even more frustrating when you consider that Democratic politicians are perfectly capable of operating in the friend/enemy framework because that’s how they treat the left flank of their own party

Yep that’s me. GenAI is a useful tool which is here to stay, but is also limited in its utility, enormously overhyped, and has the potential to do great harm.
