From what I remember, yes! I think the only thing I did via command line was adjust how a drive was identified (ssd vs. hdd) from a mistake I had made during tinkering.

Yup, but took the easy route and setup everything within the Proxmox GUI. Started with ZFS replication, Linstor (with consumer drives), and finally ceph with a handful of used Intel Enterprise SSDs.

Sweet, I appreciate the feedback! I had always wondered how it handled a "Linux ISO" type work load. I really wanted to get MooseFS as well, even reached out for a quote from them lol.

How's it going so far? Been thinking about switching to #cubefs for a while. My ISOs are in a Distributed Glusterfs volume across a couple nodes.
