I hope the housing market crashes. Even if my house value falls by 50% I’ll still be well above water on it. I just want my property taxes to go down. The valuation they have me at is ridiculous.

About to fall even more with everybody cancelling Game Pass. I worry for all the game companies they’ve gobbled up.

I really like it. This is her first album since Reputation that I’ve had on repeat for a few days.
One of my other favorite bands, AFI, released a new album at the same time. Listened to it once, and that was enough. A little too New Wave for my taste.

Too late for me. At $20/mon, I didn’t think much about it even though I used it infrequently. Even the specter of a 50% price hike was enough for me to step back and evaluate the subscription, and I realized I wasn’t even getting $20/mon in value. I cancelled before my next renewal at the old price.

I have it preordered just to get another game on my Switch 2. I love Mario Kart, but for it to be the only new launch title has been a little disappointing. Spent most of my S2 play time on older games that I didn’t get much time to play since my OG switch basically became my kids’ Switch.

One of my beer league buddies who moved back to Canada last year was planning to come visit a couple months ago. He canceled last minute, but didn’t say why. I suspect he didn’t want to be hassled about some of his social media posts critical of Trump.
