10% of that was to the employees — 50m — and yes, that was life-changing money for some of them! Others were due to get much more with the 2026 earnout

The problem, as I see it, is that there's a huge monetary incentive to be inflammatory towards games, so you can make youtube videos and get tons of views.

I'mma do a video on, like, the timeline of RPGs and how so many old studios keep trying to remake Skyrim, while new studios are literally a decade more advanced in game development.

You know I kinda worry studios will take away the lesson from marvel end game. That giving a satisfying conclusion to a story will crush their infinite money glitch of keeping a story going forever.
