Oh that's Flamin' Finger made by Dell Electronics* (no connection to the computer company) for Namco, which isn't actually connected to Denryu Iraira Bou. The game is rigged to pay out the jackpot only after enough people have played

The flyer for The Irritating Maze mentions a printer that would print out cards to players who won the game. But since I haven't seen any images of the cabinet with the printer installed, I assume that function wasn't implemented.

Besides the PS1 game that many people know, Irritating Stick got a bunch of arcade adaptations by SNK, culminating in a video game version running on the Neo-Geo hardware which was released internationally as The Irritating Maze.
