First, that is ridiculous to ask of anyone (especially if only applied unilaterally).

Second, that is nowhere near the format that these questions would be in. If you look at some of my previous comments, I gave an example.

Wasn't that a general education test?? What I'm proposing is questions on the candidates and their policies. Every vote counts, but people who know more about their candidates (and the others) the heavier the vote. I just spit balling for ways to prevent the Nov 6th "what is a tariff?" searches.

Now we're a dog chasing it's tail. The uneducated rarely vote for more education. We can't educate them, because they won't vote for it.

I'm not disqualifying the uneducated. I'm also not trying to judge their intelligence. These would be questions about the candidates' policies. An example would be "Candidate A's economic policy includes which or the following? A) more blank
B) less blank
C) changing blank
D) removing blank
