I was playing it again and spilled some chicken on my shirt, but it was ok because George's smooth vocals eased my embarrassment. My wife is at work, so she didn't see the chicken challenge I had. I guess this still makes me the man of the year for her. 🥰

That's rough. When I've felt like that in the past I've reached out directly to my friends and loved ones. Seeing them in person helped, even just getting out for a slow walk in nature.
