The judge explained that his no punishment sentence was decided out of respect for the office of the presidency. How could an above the law determination, the lowering of standards, with favor and prejudice FOR a person show respect for the office? Doesn't it rather diminish the office?

Maybe more than ever, in a world where we can be anything, it's time to be more kind to those who are about to be targeted. Militantly kind for some of us. One hand knocking the tyrants on their ass, the other reaching to help their victims. We need a movement.

Smart. No need to start from scratch. Model what is working elsewhere. Parallel path...we figure out how to combat the disinformation that holds it back. In a world where we can be anything we want, we first need to be kind to those of us who are struggling.
