Now I'm caramelizing two giant yellow onions to make the gravy to go over it. The whole house smells like sauteing onions.

Cube steaks were on sale so I picked up a bunch for Sunday dinner. Kids like this dish, but it takes a lot of work. Not much to look at, but these are breaded and fried cube steaks.
