Overriding "bureaucracy" means we will not follow the rules and regulations and "we will make decisions on the go"
Cutting taxes means less budget and less state help.

Istanbul’s public transportation is suffering from traffic. The subway network is not serving all neighborhoods like Beşiktaş or Baghdad Avenue.
