Parachinar's Shia massacre is heartwrenching. The state has utterly failed to protect its citizens from the Taliban'. Pakhtunkhwa govt must resign immediately—they are only focused on Imran Khan's release & takht-e-Punjab rather than peace & safety for the people of Pakhtunkhwa.
