I don't know if your posts are influencing it, but I sometimes feel like I want to get some old tech, honestly. I sometimes feel like wanting an old iPod, a cassette player and sometimes even an NES.
The fact that I loved having physical games on my Xbox 360 contributes to it too.

I respect you if you either really like Sonic, really hate Goku or both, but I just don't really like Sonic compared to Goku due to the fact that he is much faster and even stronger than him at his worst when we don't really know how he got it in the first place.

It kind of bothers me, too. I like Goku because he struggled a lot, in his trainings and fights, making him more human while still being strong. Sonic on the other hand, if not counting the non-canon sources, we don't know what is his backstory, really.

So imagine that with Sonic, a character who already can go really fast, become much more faster and even be able to use other techniques in combat.
Keep in mind that Goku trained a lot before Z even started (years with Roshi and Popo/Kamisama), while Sonic was like that all along.

Again, let's suppose that he makes it into the way flawlessly and manages to go into King Kai's planet for some reason. Even if he can't jump high enough, he can still use the elevated surfaces to boost his jump. When Goku finished training with Kai, he became much faster while returning to earth.

Let's suppose that, in the worst case scenario, he takes a break of 30 minutes every 1.000 km, as well as sleeping for 16 hours every 20.000 km, don't fall into hell and disconsider the traps inbetween. It would take 212 hours (about 8 days and 20 hours) to complete.
