Just watched a video of another guitar teacher talking about how he wanted students to place their fingers on the strings when playing scales. He demonstrated what he wanted students to do, and then played the scale, AND DIDN’T DO WHAT HE JUST SAID TO DO!!!

Wondering which version of the open G chord is right? The truth is, there is no one right way to play it, it depends on the song you’re playing. If you’re playing Wish You Were Here by Pink Floyd you have to use the 4 finger version of G.
