Having spent time with the pedal, it's not as bad as people make it out to be. No Roland Cloud subscription needed (though you do need to register to use the app, all of which is free), additional pedals will be available for a one-time fee (and are optional), and is a good swiss-army-knife pedal.

I just reviewed the Boss Sy-1 synthesizer pedal for Equipboard. Great think about it is that it tracks notes with the guitar’s pickups. Not entirely MIDI, but a bit of a gateway without hassle.

Because your tuner has a buffer, best to put the fuzz first in the chain. If you switch the buffer off on the tuner, you might get away with the fuzz after. Typical rule of thumb for fuzz is that it wants to see the guitar first and nothing else.
