I’ve thought there is an untapped market of quick session games that aren’t just mobile crap games. Good games, that you play for a short period of time with out having to remember button configs, massive quest lines, complicated talent trees.I think middle aged men that were gamers would like this

Thanks for this, as a white guy in Canada I could sense the energy and importance of this performance, but wasn’t able to appreciate it at the moment.

That would complicate it. I look at Winnipeg, their downtown sucks, but the forks is great. That’s what’s make me wonder what the goal is and if it can be accomplished else where.

Is it specifically downtown that you want to see develop or is it a commercialized vibrant area? My feeling (not based on any research) is to leverage where people already go and make it better.. such as around the lake. There seems to be a lot of unused space.
