Building a plan is useful.
Referring to the plan is useful.
Hanging onto an outdated plan is not useful.

That's what I learned with agile software development. And the more non-software things I do, the more I realize it applies to most if not all things in life.

It's not really about your job. It's about post-truth and the streams of (dis)information that form your opinion

Good: disinformation is no longer centralized and intentional, as it has been for a while with large media corps

Bad: there won't be a single thing to blame, to stop, silence or ignore.
