Spent some time focussing practising this weekend.
This little project was inspired by the world of #Guild66, my #ttrpg. I spent less time modelling in this scene and more on textures and lighting.

One of the hardest parts about #ttrpg #gamedev for me is deciding the #art style.
A lot of #Guild66 art is digitally painted in a semi-realistic style. But I also really like this water-colour art style.
So, I decided, why not all styles? Every and any style is welcome 🤣♥️

One of my favourite parts about #Guild66?
There are no benefits to playing one race over another. All the benefits your character gains for their adventures, they gain from their adventures.

You make the character YOU want to play, not the character the #ttrpg book thinks you want to play!

Just got the last piece of #artwork for #Guild66, my d6 #ttrpg about hunting monsters, crafting items and exploring ancient magic!
I'm absolutely blown away by Ecem's work!

Now that this piece is finished, there's only the final check and the first book is done!!

I had some free time this weekend, so I made this super quick grass sim and some procedural rocks. I tried to emulate an animal crossing style (my girlfriend is still infatuated with animal crossing) so I had plenty of reference whenever I looked up 😁

I that case, I'd say take a look at these images. The closer to the impact crater, the smaller the islands, the further away tolhe bigger.
I think you need a mix of both maps.
Also, maybe include a little more ocean?

This is my favourite thing that came out of playtesting my #ttrpg #Guild66

The hunters gain damage die throughout battle, building momentum to deliver truly skull-shattering blows. See that blue line up there above the rest? That's what happens when you gain 6d6 dice.

Hey #UE5 #gamedev folks. I need some help.
I've made a flying car that I'm really proud of, but it spins freely when it collides with things.
Huge Problem.
Is there a way to anchor its orientation? This is only my third day learning UE.

Okay, parking spot made, and the eventoverlap works.
Now, step 2. Creating the Parked variable.

I'm not sure how I can get my car to inherit the 'is parked' boolean, but how hard can it be?

I wanna use this method for sure!
But I get this error/warning, so I've had to use the Input Mapping Context instead with a separate InputAction for each input...
SO Annoying, but I really wanna use this method here!
