Top 15 countries in the Freedom Index are all European. EU Universal healthcare covers nearly all. Only EU regulates Big Tech’s power despite imperfect enforcement. EU leadership is increasingly female though equality remains incomplete. EU may feel slow but bureaucracy always beats authoritarianism
