Amen! Here is a photo from this summer. A wooden plaque from 1680s in a Reformed church in Switzerland. My ancestor Christian Guengerich donated enough money that his family crest is on the bottom right. He was later kicked out of the country because his kids were rebaptized as Anabaptists.

Depends on the group and the bishop who has oversight of the "ordnung" for that group. Some would never allow and some do. For example, most Lancaster PA Amish don't allow bikes, but even most conservatives do in IN because of the distances needed to get to neighbors and job sites.

It was a blessing to be in Zurich for the celebration of Anabaptism at 500. This is the General Sec. of Mennonite World Conference and the Interim General Sec. of the World Communion of Reformed Churches. There were also words of affirmation from Pope Leo XIV and Lutheran leaders. #Mennonite #WCRC

shared some of my family stories while speaking at East Petersburg #Mennonite church. Compared families uprooting to follow God's call, not how Government demanded. This is Heinrich Dyck-3rdGG. Born in Prussia, moved to Ukraine, he and Helena moved to KS in 1884. Hoping it made people think!

Yep, sounds about right. Guessing a lot of small businesses (Many whose owners voted for Trump) will be hurt by this.

Got two insanely talented kids. If you are near #HarrisburgPA, visit Central Dauphin HS tomorrow. Percussion starts at noon, with Hempfield performing at 1:45ish. Then Indoor Guard starts and Hempfield Black Knights Color Guard Varsity is on at 6:10. $12 at the Door. Food on site.
