I tell my daughter she can read whatever she wants for her reading time. I don’t want it to feel like a chore. As an adult, I don’t only read adult books. The Malamander series is one of my favorites, for example. I don’t want school to take anything away from her because it isn’t her “level.”

As long as ibuprofen loves you back. I wonder if my body even remembers how to ski anymore. I think I only went one time since the gang invited me along to snowmass a million years ago. I got a few good pictures then immediately realized I wasn’t going to keep up with anyone. 😂
