Help! I have written a short story that connects America now to 1930s Germany. How do I get it out in the world? I'm not a professional writer. I don't have any experience in selling words. I don't want to make my life about selling my words. But this story is important. What do I do?

Idea! High school textbooks are available online for only a few dollars each. I used to buy myself one so I could mark it up with notes and ideas. Everybody should send a copy of the American Government textbook to their representatives in Congress.

Today at water aerobics the battery in Jay's speaker quit working. Jay responded with "Okay everyone has to sing." I only hesitated for a moment when I began belting out the sea shanty Away, Rio. I amazed myself at the power of my voice and my ability to sing and exercise at the same time.

Tora-chan update: He is slowly making the transition from wild cat to house cat. He spends most of the time wandering but comes home for meals and petting from mama. He doesn't trust me. I'm the one who dragged him off to the vet.

Tora-chan update. We got him to the vet. He had a bite on his leg. He had a full physical with vaccines, x-ray for the leg, and he was neutered. He has been inside since the 13th. Today (3/17/25) we released him out doors. He came back for food and to visit the house. He is doing well.

I find it interesting that MAGA cultists kept screaming about communism but now are allied with Russia, the oldest communist country on Earth. Who are the communists now?

😡 This has to be a part of a plan to sell or lease public lands to private holders. I imagine mansions overlooking majestic mountain ranges, fast food restaurants advertising the view of the Grand Canyon from their dining rooms, and oil wells defaming previously beautiful prairie lands.

It's interesting that the ONLY positive views of Trump's actions so far are coming from repressive communist regimes. What makes this interesting is that 'communist' is the insult the MAGA base throws around most frequently.

Here is feral cat we've been feeding. When we started feeding him a couple of months ago he was skin and bones. He's gained weight but is very skittish. We're trying to catch him to get the vet to look him over, especially the wound on his face, but so far no go.
