No decent human being would ever make such a statement no matter how passionately they felt about their own beliefs. How do these Thugs ever come into power in the first place, much less remain there? This is a moral sickness and he needs to be held accountable. (But why do I fear he won't be?)

I wrote a couple of "book reports" back in 2016. Remember when a certain political candidate bragged about not reading, and social media mocked him with fake book reports? Yeah, that was fun. But I closed my account after I'd had my fun.

It be. I hear tell this is "like twitter used to be". I only had a twitter account for a short period of time, and only posted a couple of times before I quit. It's different. Which might be a good thing. I wrote a snail mail letter today. Old school social media! I've missed that!
