Union meeting time!

So APAC 2025 is great, but wow... I used to like this sort of crush of people, but after lockdown I never got my mojo back. Am hiding for a few in one of the breakout rooms. (Legit almost typed breakdown rooms)

Ok, to each their own, for real... But as I sit here listening to people cough and sniffle around the gate area, I wonder:

Nobody takes photos of their food in the airport. Including me.

NOLA has been pretty amazing, it's been largely gorgeous weather (lol at least certainly by current Boston standards!) amazing food, gorgeous bayou, cool streets.

What's up, bluesky?? It's mah birthday, so I'm taking the week off for the most part. New England gave me a little earthquake as a gift (Tori Amos said she was busy) and the sky is clear. How y'all doing?? :)

(that's a 90s joke, cuz I'm four dozen this year... only 1/3 as gross as I might become!)

Coming to you today mid recording of the new @adambecker.bsky.social book "More Everything Forever" for @hachetteaudio.bsky.social ... What an amazing piece! It's not every day that a nonfiction work can move me to some tears, but this does. (And a lot of "hell yeah") Look for this SOON!!

It's dance night, and I love dance, but it brings up some trauma that's hard. We never really show most of the work we do silently.
