I really hope we get another striker in today, we are not ready for a champions league season with just one main striker. I think it was the right time to take the money and run with Isak as it would be less in January or next summer without him playing.

I am very happy with the season Newcastle have had, a historic club win and getting CL football, it was a long hard season but well fought by the team.

It was always going to be tough against Arsenal. First half stood strong no change of tactics in the second half then got found out.

I think it is a big gamble if they sell and don’t buy anyone. I know the club need to get better at trading so I get the need for Almiron and Kelly to go but it is a risk without cover.
