I was able to sneak into the cabin toggling between Stalin and Yuri before acquiring officially official deed paper. With Stalin in the cabin, toggle and then toggle again -> yuri teleports and can steal the axe. I gave deed but still can’t take wood (not sure if I should be able to take wood)

Dude, where is the proper deed paper for babushka? The safety of the world is at stake!
