Hey by the way do you know who else keeps trying to persuade us over and over that public consultation is pointless? David Seymour.

Christ you're dull.

What a childish understanding of politics.

Your clear implication is that Danielle should not waste time writing emails and take part in what you consider to be effective action instead. It's the only sane way to read your post.

In fact, she can do both, and like most sensible leftists could probably do with less chiding by randos.
November 20, 2025 at 9:07 AM
You seem to be implying Danielle doesn't take part in demonstrations which we're going to rubric again under "stupid".
November 20, 2025 at 8:57 AM
She posted the email here. It's public criticism. And even if it wasn't, your suggestion that ministers are happy to receive critical emails is actively stupid.

The entire part where you told a woman you don't know that her public criticism of a conservative politician is counterproductive.
November 20, 2025 at 8:41 AM
Oh, but I did

That's nothing compared to the thrill the Atlas Network gets whenever they see posts such as yours.

Definitely Sam Harris.

This is good banter.

I also don't understand the bit about the design and production team being upset. If this is the same design and production team that was told they had to come up with an AI cover, I'd say they were probably upset already.

"Publisher Quentin Wilson said the covers would have been created many months before the entry guidelines were issued."

So you're saying that had you known, you'd have been less creatively derelict? Cool.

Tangentially, I wonder if "put human teeth on the cat" was part of the prompt.
