Love these charts! But do you have data showing that wealth is lightly taxed in the UK vs rest of world? What counts as a wealth tax for this comparison? IT on property income? IHT/CGT? Corporation tax? Council tax? Business rates?

Great stuff. Do you measure the geog of wait lists using patient or provider location? If the latter, what if there are spillovers from one location to the next - e.g. if the list I am is in a different MSOA? Could that be attenuating the slope?
