KP is exactly the consistency quarter to quarter. He brings you rim protection so he makes the defensive effort less and easier to be consistent. He also brings an escape on offense that we missed (Brown) yesterday, making offense more consistent.

That’s where overall society culture and the state policies make a huge difference. I’m not sure this flies at all in Europe and maybe other parts of the world. As someone living in the Netherlands the AD breaks for nba games already feel too much.

You can convert him like we did with Queta (and he’d be available for the playoffs I guess) for a few thousand or we can convert him as the season is done so he doesn’t get any salary now (and can’t play the playoffs I think). That would make him a non-guaranteed next year anyhow

Hard capped means they suffer the same penalties of a second apron team (cannot aggregate salary, can only receive exactly the same salary or less).
