I was fortunate to spend these years surrounded by people who provided me with time, space, and opportunities to grow as a researcher. I am grateful for the inspiring example they set, showing me the kind of leadership and academic environment where people, ideas, and skills can truly thrive.

As a social psychologist, I strongly believe that we do not live, thrive, or fail in a vacuum, our achievements are deeply shaped by those around us. If there is one key lesson I have learned during this journey, it is that having great mentors is essential.

Through 6 experimental studies, I investigated how exposure to different moral models elicits a positive emotional reaction known as moral elevation and fosters not only pro-environmental intentions but also concrete behaviors, and support for climate-related policies.

My dissertation "Exploring People’s Evaluations and Reactions Towards Pro-environmental Moral Models: Implications for Pro-environmental Behavior Adoption in Groups," examines how individuals perceive and respond to moral exemplars within the context of pro-environmental behaviors.
