I was surprised there weren't "Mini Microsoft" style movements at various companies in the 2010s; the pattern seemed super apparent and unhelpful.

Interesting! We also shopped Hyundai and Kia and they did have test-drive vehicles but never in our preferred trim. We did eventually end up with a Volvo EX30 once we finally got to try it.

I was 10 and called Toys R Us in St..Catharines, Ontario every day for weeks. Supply chains for new video games were so much worse back then.
