This week I got to attend. MarketingProfs #MPB2B Forum in Boston, and a real highlight was the Wednesday morning photo walk. I had an epiphany on the walk as I chatted with fellow attendees, photography helps me to connect with people.

It’s important to pay attention to what gets posted on social about the current president. Bot accounts are posting duplicate comments everywhere to try and craft a supportive narrative. Bogus accounts, bogus comments.

Hit my weekly exercise goal 48 out of 49 weeks this year. That’s three miles Mon-Fri every week for 48 weeks.
3.4 ml per day, that’s 240 days for 739 miles. I walked 2,021 miles in 2021 but injured my feet trying. 3.4 miles early morning five days a week before work feels just right.
