Just in the first book, there was 251 individual recipe cards, with a total of 342 recipes.

This one is from La compagnie du pouvoir du Bas St-Laurent, which was a private electricity provider before the nationalization of electricity in 1963. Notice how the oven was drawn in the upper right.
