honestly I think its really astounding how well pikmin 2 holds up visually. for a game going this realistic you'd think there'd be more cracks, but no, its beautiful some 20 ish years later. especially the water

in terms of discussion on war of the worlds, i think the thunder child gets swept under the rug too often. this ship takes down not one, not two, but THREE tripods singlehandedly all while it is set ablaze and actively sinking. this ship had a hype moment and has aura you cannot make this up
