"Turned away when badges didn't work." Just gratuitous cruelty to committed civil servants who've already taken so much abuse. The costs of these reckless cuts to all of our health will be vast. But the inhumane treatment of hard-working employees is itself a moral stain.

"Turned away when badges didn't work." Just gratuitous cruelty to committed civil servants who've already taken so much abuse. The costs of these reckless cuts to all of our health will be vast. But the inhumane treatment of hard-working employees is itself a moral stain.
