Right on, gang

A friend who brews beer puts the lid on the hot wort and lets it cool over night… I was surprised but he says the steam sanitizes the inside of the container. As long as unopened, it is easily okay for a short period. I’m no scientist, but makes sense to me.

But, the process has made me worried about households getting a scam deal from sketchy sales people, and that experience souring adaption/investment for clean energy.

We’ve disconnected the gas line and installed a heat pump and electric water heater. We’d love to compliment with panels and am confident we’ll figure out a good option.

We’ve also had some great, informative experiences but those were always with installers we contacted.
