In an attempt to desperately grasp at straws, I had a look (with a lot of help from Gemini) at cases where CAS has overturned UEFA CFCB decisions and have managed to convince myself we might just stand a chance. So if you also know nothing about sports law and fancy being blindly optimistic 👇 #CPFC

The rules look quite conclusive to me. We know that, in reality, Textor has pretty much no say in the day-to-day of #CPFC, but I don't see how you square a 43% stake with 25% voting rights with 5.01.a.iii and iv in particular.

So it's not the fact that the state system fails SEN children that makes him "really, really angry", but that the VAT loophole has been closed.
Zero recognition of those families with SEN kids who are *actually* "extremely poor" and have to fight every day for the support they need and deserve.
