A couple things about me: I’m a human, and I’m not very good at profile descriptions.
Being a big fan of the Fargo tv series, a lot of this lands better being familiar with it. Also, fables feature frequently in season 2, which this pulls heavily from, so the skipping of the monologue seems more of a dig at that trope than the writers being lazy. But it’s probably both.
