I like nerdy things like tech and games.
My opinion is somewhere in the middle. I think HOV lanes should be bus + taxi + cars with 3+ people. I don't expect THAT many vehicles to be able to use the HOV lane in that case.
Now if trams are involved, I take a different opinion because they can't change lanes. In that case, trams + bus only.
