While it isn't anywhere near the same, at least here in Washington we do have the state paid leave, and as far as I know it will cover chronic illness and disabilities.
Is it as good as just getting sick days? Absolutely not. But it's there as an option.

Games kinda took over for me for several years. Decided this was the year I was going to TRY and read more.
