From what I recall of the mod 2010s, mortgages had a median life span of 7 years before they were paid off by the mortgage holder moving or paying off otherwise.

Yes it falls under the AI umbrella as all ML does. It's not equivalent to the term highlighting LLM integrated processes/development used today in marketing, but rarely have marketing buzzwords been more than superficially descriptive.

I'm of an older generation and never want people's human rights violated, even if an enemy.
Just prosecute them for fascist collaboration at the Hague. We have murders of immigrants, murders of Venezualens, murder of women forced to forgo emergency care, murder of the impoverished.
