Kessel Sabacc shift tokens. It's a Star Wars card game. Han Solo played a version to win the Millennium Falcon from Lando Calrissian. I bought 3D printed shift tokens off Etsy and painted them to look more realistic. My son & I play Sabacc against each other.

It's basically my family's Thanksgiving dinner on screen. Undiagnosed (or diagnosed and ignored) mental health issues. Simmering under the surface hostilities and grudges. Emotional manipulation. It's definitely on my Mount Rushmore of MCU movies.
