Steak and brussel sprouts. Made a brandy "milk" pepper sauce as it's summer and cream would be too heavy. It worked but I prefer cream more than milk #honecooking

Tonight's dinner.
Seared pork loin.
Wet brine with salt, pepper and sage for 4 hours.
Dry in fridge three hours.
Cooked to 145 F internal.

Sauteed garlic chips, and reused the oil to wilt the spinach, adding soy sauce, and when it's just about done sesame oil and a squeeze of lemon. #homecooking

Roy's Hawaiian Fusion recipe for Misoyaki Butterfish, I experimented on chicken thighs. debonedp, tenderized, marinated and refrigerated for 24 hours.

Patted dry and baked at 400 for 30 minutes, with last five convection.

Placed on a salad and for kicks, homemade chips. #homecooking

Just a new York steak. Salted and aged in refrigerator for 8 hours. In pan for 8 minutes, turning every minute, before basting in butter, garlic, thyme and rosemary. Served with a salad.

I tried thickening the juices in the pan, but it came out grainy, but still tasty. #homecooking

Homemade fries, I cut/boiled potatoes. Covered in tallow and roasted for 30 minutes.
Brussel sprouts, also tossed in tallow/herbs and in the oven.
Beef cooked in skillet. After I pulled the steaks, added flour/butter and beef stock to the skillet and reduced for a light gravy. #homecooking
