In the game long enough to have thoughts I’d prefer not to share with the administration
Watching the way Rachel treated Katherine on #BB27 tonight makes me really reluctant to go back to school and work with 5th graders.

I'm a 4th grade #math and #science teacher in #Texas. This is going to be my 16-year teaching. My wishlist is to continue providing my students with a great classroom environment and the materials they need to be successful. Thank you for the support! #teachersky

Do you need to announce when you plan to fall off the face of the Earth?

Past summer breaks tell me know, but it could satisfying this year. And would eliminate a lot of problems….

Knowing what the coming days and weeks and months will be like, I feel hollowed out.

I’m pretty much a ghost here. Followers? A handful, but none interact. Seems like it should make it easier to work my way the hell off this social media nonsense.

The only thing Trump understands about science is that it won’t kiss his ass.
BREAKING from @science.org: The Trump admin is seeking to kill nearly all climate research at NOAA, its climate science agency.

Its near-final budget proposal would end all NOAA research labs, academic institutes, and regional climate centers. And it wants to fully end the NOAA Research division.

I was going to give the movie “Y2K” a try, but then after 10 minutes Kyle Mooney showed up.

I missed my life. I let it pass by. I stayed on the sidelines, pretending to convince myself things were fine. Whether I have two days or twenty years left doesn’t matter.

It’s Spring Break. I don’t think I’m capable of relaxing. If I try, I drown in guilt from wasting time. If I work through my time off, I feel it’s wasted.

Clearly I have issues I don’t understand.

Sometimes, usually on weekends, I will break down and collapse into a slippery pile of tears and snot. This usually happens out of nowhere. I rarely can put together what emotional trigger would have caused it…although I’m a teacher, so I imagine it’s probably just a bit of scheduled maintenance.

Is it a coincidence that McCartney’s last line in his song on SNL50 was the same line Farley told him was awesome during his interview on The Chris Farley Show?
