Just introverted and grumpy me and my random thoughts. I warn english is not my first language. Maybe here would be obscene language.
CH4 + 2O2 --t--> CO2 + 2H2O
I.e., to burn one methane molecule we need 2 molecules of oxygen. And the bigger the hydrocarbon molecule the more oxygen is needed. So, CO2 emissions should also come along with a decrease of oxygen level.

Maybe we should reduce our energy dependence.

Peanut butter becomes more edible with jam. Maybe this way I'll like sandwiches with it more.

When I want to say something in a message or in live conversation, I first say it silently to myself. Often as a result, I don't say anything out loud, because I've already said it in my head 😅

Imho. All these conference photos gave me an idea. Should we conduct live conferences? Covid showed us - gatherings could be done online. I get it when Europeans are gathered in the EU by railways. But other climate change conferences, to which you can only fly in a plane, is kinda hypocrite.

Posts about heat pumps gave an idea: if we can convert electricity to heat then why don't use heat to generate electricity. The gradient of temperature creates flow from hotter to cooler parts, i.e. convection. This flow can be used for electricity generation.

Wars kill not only people but our planet suffers too. Soil, forests, rivers and other water bodies, and air are destroyed and polluted. And I think the aggressor should pay for it too.

Welp, what should I say. Humans are fools, believing that they are top of the evolution. Years ago I saw one interesting idea: our planet is a starship going through the Universe or something like this. Beautiful comparison, isn't it? And we are destroying this starship with our own hands.

In a world where every other species plays a role in maintaining the balance of life, through pollination, decomposition, contributing to food webs, modern humans are the only ones that take without giving anything back.

Some time ago I heard one interesting phrase - 'birds are survived dinosaurs'. I've known before that birds are one of dinosaur descendants but this phrase is more impressive.🦕
