1. Direct evidence for bread making is surprisingly old. Actual 14,000 year old bread crumbs have been found. They predate agriculture. We were eating grain long before we domesticated it, of course (Put that in your pipe, and smoke it, paleo diet a**holes).

I love this recipe. I always add a tsp, or two of adjika powder or paste, and a tsp dill, and I add Georgian plum sauce to taste instead of the vinegar. All of the ingredients including Khemeli Suneli (I use a store bought blend) can be found online. www.lavenderandmacarons.com/lobio-recipe...

When we get a check on this fascist power grab, the people responsible for things like this need to face real consequences. The more senior they are the greater the consequences, but the jack booted thugs need their day of reckoning too. No more forgiveness, and pardons. Examples need to be made.
Today, after months of requests, I toured the Broadview ICE Processing Facility. I want to share what I saw.
The facility has no food vendor, no medical care, and detainees have to use toilets in the middle of shared cells. These are in no way suitable conditions to be holding anyone — period.

This was quite good. I made it with cracked potatoes with coriander, fennel, and vermouth, and steamed mixed vegetables. I also made homemade steak sauce.

I did a throw together vegetarian chili tonight. It was nothing fancy, but it was very good. The meat substitute I used had a bit more sodium than I like, but I balanced it out in the recipe. I could taste that it had no meat, but it was still tasty, and satisfying, and I did not miss the meat.
