Just finished re-reading The Secret Garden. It was even better than I remembered it from my childhood. Perfectly lovely little story about the power of friendship and the magic of being outside.

The world is on fire but making art keeps me sane. This project took several years but it's finally done, except mounting and framing. I think it's going to be my last beading project, as my eyes have gotten too bad.

Less than 2 weeks until our concerts! I'm so excited, I haven't performed since I was "lady shopping in toy store" in one of my kids' youth theater production 15+ years ago.
