I tried out a new chicken dish last night and it was a great success. Chicken seasoned with smoked paprika done in the slow cooker on a bed of mushrooms & onions, and served in a sour cream sauce over jasmine rice, with a serving of edamame on the side.

Yesterday was Sprouts day.... Clementines, bananas, romaine, celery, bran muffins, swordfish, sliced turkey, beef hot dogs and buns.

Our colds seem to have run their course, but as always there's a lingering cough. We're both up and around as usual. Troy's out raking leaves and I'm making runs to the supermarket once again (but masked).

Low sugar alarm went off at bloody 1:40 AM. Couple of Nutter Butters and a tall glass of water should fix it.
