I helped with some of the packing away yesterday and had to stop myself bc if I kept going I would have gotten really bad ; w ; but again it's getting easier to spot the warning signs so i know when to rest up

i think if i overexert myself too much I can trigger a pretty nasty flare-up, but I've been able to catch on to the signs of a flare-up so I've been able to rest before it gets too bad
