1. Anti-commoditization aka being unique:
In a free market, when businesses sell a commodity, there's very little differentiation & you fight to the bottom dropping prices & reducing margins. Don't do that.
Look at Liquid Death, they sell water. But they differentiate thru branding.

In my experience, taking a short break from the grind helps a lot. It also helps bring fresher ideas to the table. And sometimes you're able to look at the big picture and figure out what you can eliminate and what you can't live without. Godspeed
