And just like that it's almost time to start seeding this year's peppers and tomatoes in the PNW. Last seasons abundance was incredible. This year we're applying what we learned - starting seeds a few weeks later and reducing the number of varieties.

Sure it requires more effort and mindfulness than quick and easy plastic options, but each swap for a non plastic alternative makes subsequent swaps easier and easier, like a super positive snowball effect
